On March 28, Folgarolas Textil celebrated its 71st anniversary as a fabric for fashion manufacturer and this day was designated to inaugurate the facilities of its new manufacturing plant located beside its headquarters in Terrassa. In an act that was attended by multiple authorities such as the Minister of Business and Labor of the Generalitat de Catalunya or the city mayor, the long history of the company was reviewed, in which the great-grandson of the founder, Pepe García with Mireia Cazador now together take over.

Unveiling a commemorative plaque by the hand of Mr. H. Roger Torrent, and cutting the inaugural ribbon that gave way to a symbolic start of the looms whose sound merged with the surprising performance by the pianist Laia Tort. The cocktail party at the main headquarters put an end to a day in which a new stage is opening for this company.
