We are pleased to announce that our company has obtained the Seal of Registration in the Registry of carbon footprint, compensation and CO2 absorption projects for the years 2021 and 2022. This distinction, awarded by the Ministry for the Ecological Transition and the Demographic Challenge (MITECO), recognizes our efforts in the calculation, reduction and compensation of greenhouse gas emissions generated by our activities.

The Carbon Footprint Registry was created under Royal Decree 163/2014, with the aim of collecting and promoting the efforts of Spanish organizations to calculate, reduce and offset their greenhouse gas emissions. The carbon footprint refers to the total emissions of CO2 and other greenhouse gases generated by an organization throughout its operations.

The registry not only allows companies to measure their environmental impact, but also gives them the opportunity to offset their footprint through CO2 absorption projects, such as reforestation and other sustainable initiatives.

By obtaining this seal, our company has demonstrated that we have calculated our carbon footprint and implemented effective measures to reduce our emissions. This label recognises three levels of participation:

• Carbon Footprint Calculation: We have assessed our environmental impact by measuring the emissions generated by our activities.
• Reducing our Carbon Footprint: We have managed to reduce our emissions compared to previous years by implementing more sustainable practices.
• Carbon Footprint Offsetting: We have offset part of our emissions through projects that help absorb CO2 from the atmosphere.

Obtaining the Carbon Footprint Registry seal is an important step on our path to sustainability. This recognition allows us to:

• Demonstrate Commitment: Reflects our dedication to reducing our environmental impact and making a positive contribution to the fight against climate change.
